HOLD ICON

We were Saturday's Music Ministry for the HOLD International Conference held at the Subic Convention Center last April 18-20. It's a wonderful privilege to bring music and worship (and dancing!) to our sisters in HOLD. Talagang mga Dancing Queens ang mga HOLD!

Praise God!

Pictures here. And here.

Happy Birthday too, Tito Bob! We'll be seeing you in all the old familiar places!

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song. - Psalm 28:7

At dawn on the first day, Mary Magdalene and another
woman named Mary went to look at the tomb.
- Matthew 28:1

It isn't hope that leads [Mary and Mary Magdalene] up the mountain to the tomb. It is duty. Naked devotion. They expect nothing in return. What could Jesus give? What could a dead man offer? The two women are not climbing the mountain to receive, they are going to the tomb to give. Period.

There is no motivation more noble......

Service prompted by duty. This is the call of discipleship.

Last Friday was a very busy day for me.... work was done around 10:30 pm..... went to a resto/bar to fill myself up, unfortunately(hahaha... joke) saw a friend who was having a one-to-one session with Mr. light, (yah you guessed it right) San Mig light. I was hesitant, (for I've learned my lesson the day we flew to Dumaguete... . not to entertain Mr. Light and Mr. Cuervo or any other Mr.(s) night before a very early trip.. hahaha...) So the two of us ended our session with Mr. light (this time Mr. Cuervo was absent) around 1:30 am. We agreed to go to a Tea and Coffee shop.... then finally went home by 2:30 am. That morning I text Cerisse that I am picking her up by 3:30 am, so upon reaching home, I showered and fixed myself up and drove to Cerisse' house..... So literally I was not able to sleep..... God's grace that we were able to reach Subic in perfect condition... . and God's grace also plus a pack of KOPIKO candy that we were able to get home.... It's really worth all the "pagod" to serve Him... and still looking forward to be serving Him....

Hi fellow 29Ad servants.... . Duty, devotion and dedication is very important in our call to serve our Lord Jesuss Christ...... We serve not to expect something in return.... It is what our heart can offer Him.... the fact that He has given us the chance to serve Him is more than enough for us to be thankful....

Kaya.... See ya all in Dasmarinas Cavite..... Cebu..... hanggang MORDOR..... hahahaha... Mannix, Gio, Teng, Rom, Tito Chris and Tita Eden glad to be serving with you.

To all the Dumaguete mission team...... it's always a pleasure to be serving with you...... Tito Bob....Sarap ng Giant Tacos noh (nong sana di ka umuwi, hahaa)....... Sayang di nila natikaman..... hahahah

29.......... ......... ...... A........... .....D... ......... ....!

With you in Christ,
